By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, whether consumable or topical, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil.                                                                                                                     

As these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any benefits from our products.             

Results obtained from our products may vary and depend upon your skin type, metabolism, tolerance, application time, and usage.

If you decide to purchase our products, you do so based on your own opinions as to any benefits these products may provide. It is within the user's and consumer's discretion to examine the ingredients in each product before use to avoid potential side effects or allergic reactions. 

GreenPlanetUS.com will consider refunds for any unopened products with original undamaged packaging purchased within the last 30 days. The products must be stored at room temperature in order to retain freshness and effectiveness. GreenPlanetUS.com reserves the right to refuse a refund of a product that was not kept in proper condition.

Any refund requests on opened items or requests made after 30 days of purchase will not qualify for a refund.

Select items from our store may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

Green Planet is not liable for any loss or damage (including indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages) caused directly or indirectly by the product purchased.

We offer a 30-day return policy (not including shipping time and not honored for fully consumed products).

Refunds are available within 24 hours of the purchase date. 

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
